I've been in the business for over 25 years and have been licensed by the State of California for almost 20 years.

These individuals have found out what most termite companies don't want you to know. Termites and real estate nearly go hand and hand. A large number of real estate transactions involve dealings with termite companies on a daily basis.

But do you know how simple it is to start your own termite company. If you can come up with the financing, then you've already conquered the hardest obstacle.

Everything else is done by licensees that you simply hire. They do all the work, you rake in all the profits.

It's as simple as this.

1. Hire a state licensed operator, like myself.
2. The operator will guide you through the basics. (Paperwork, equipment, insurance, bond, etc.)
3. After step 2 is completed, the operator (qualifying manager) will assist in the hiring of personnel (secretary and licensed field rep.)
4. The operator trains the receptionist in becoming the office manager enabling her to obviously run the office and the field rep. does the work (termite inspections, construction, etc.).
5. The qualifying manager make sures the company stays in compliance with the law, the secretary runs the office as office manager and the field rep(s). do the work. You collect all the money.

It's that simple.
