The Price Breakdown

To establish business:

1. License Fees for state and city= $500

2. Insurance/Bond/Worker's comp = $1700 for 1st year

3. An office or place to conduct business = Whatever you decide.
(Don't be to picky. You can run a branch 3 termite company out of your existing office, it's not a problem. If you're running your real estate business out of your residence, then you can do the same with you're termite company. A huge percentage of established termite companies are doing just that.

4. Donald's qualifying manager fee = $1500 monthly
(Just like a real estate company needs a broker, a termite company needs an operator as its qualifying manager.)

Total Cost = Less than $3500 to get established.

To conduct Business:

2. Chemical for termite work = $300

3. Spray rig for pesticides = $2500

1. Qualifying Manager (Donald) = $1500 monthly
(Just like a real estate company needs a broker, a termite company needs an operator as its qualifying manager.)

2. Receptionist (soon to be office manager) = $12 an hour to start

3. Termite Inspection = $15 - 18 an hour

Remember, if you already have some of these items or personnel, then you can use them. If you have a secretary that is willing to do work for your termite company, then I can train her.

If you or anyone you know wants to become a state licensed termite inspector and eventually become your new qualifying manager, then I can train them too.

YOU DO THE MATH!!!

Most real estate companies give $10,000s or more away to a termite company each month when it costs less than $8,000 a month to run your own termite company. That's including payroll and other monthly expenses.

Then there's subcontracting your fumigations out to a branch 1 company. That's when you start making big money and I'll show you how to do this.

So really, stop giving away thousands of dollars to a termite company. Start your own termite company, today.
